KANSAS CITY, Mo. - MoDOT will celebrate the imminent completion of the Broadway Overpass over I-670 in the southwest corner of the Downtown Loop. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be 10 a.m. this morning, Tuesday, September 6, on the bridge next to Bartle Hall.
